Open Connection, a TELUS Authorized Dealer, currently has an employment opportunity for a long-term, Business Client Liaison to support our Corporate Sales Team. Open Connection’s Business Client Liaison is our clients’ primary contact for ongoing account support and consultative needs.
Open Connection provides earning potential upwards of $30 000 through hourly and non-capped commission, plus benefits, demo product and airtime, and other incentive programs.
Administer client loyalty programs to help maintain Open Connection’s client base.
Provide timely and accurate information and support to incoming business client emails and calls.
Take part in company sales and marketing campaigns.
Ongoing development and support of business sales function.
Must follow company Policies and Procedures
Attendance at all TELUS and manufacturer business related sales and product training.
Maintain accurate and meaningful records in our customer management system.
Ability to multitask in a faced paced environment, and handle change and interruptions well.
Extremely detail oriented.
Superb professional verbal and written communication skills.
High comfort level with new technologies.
Must be able to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
Strong computer skills.
Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
Ability to explain in simple terms.
High degree of organization.
