The Role
We are looking for a leader one that can inspire, coach team members, promote sales, and ensure our clients always have an exceptional experience. As our store manager it is your responsibility to make sure the store looks good, and that all staff are working to support ours and TELUS’s brand, and meeting its goals. You should know the action is on the sales floor, where you coach your team members and lead by example. You know how to create an environment where team members feel safe, valued, can grow, and function well as a team.
Your job is no ordinary job. You must be very enthusiastic and exude confidence at all times. You should also have a passion and knowledge for the latest technology and a record of achieving great results.
