You're going to be working in the Head Office as an administrative liaison to our eight retail
locations. You will start with an introduction to our processes and daily tasks. As you shadow
your mentor, you will learn of the many different services and products we provide, and how our
policies and procedures are incorporated in the company. We want to work with your strengths
and help you grow.
We are looking for experts who can work well in a team, and get along with their co-workers
while maintaining a super positive and optimistic attitude.
- Filling, fax, mail, and other general administrative duties
- Provide administrative support through errands, answering phone calls, and preparing reports
- Maintain database for records
- Other tasks and duties as needed
You must have minimum 1 year administrative work experience, or 2 years post-secondary business schooling.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You must have an advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
You must have excellent problem solving, creative thinking, and self-motivation skills.
You must be able to work without direct supervision.
